1960's Childs Dress with Sash and Matching Shorts

This adorable 1960's Vintage MCM Childs dress with sash and matching shorts is in wonderful shape with only a few issues discovered. The back of the shorts has a section where the seam has come loose, and there is some pilling of the fabric in the crotch area. (see photos)

The outfit is covered in pictures of an organ grinder and a monkey, as well as a man holding balloons.
The outfit zips up from the waist and has a sash, which you can tie into a bow. The shorts have a very small waist, for the size of the shorts. It does have elastic, which has very little stretch to it. 

The dress is 21-inches long, measured from the back of the collar, the chest is 13-inches wide, and the waist is 15-inches wide. The shorts are 9-inches long, measured from the waist, the waist is 7-1/4 inches wide, measured flat, the body of the shorts is 12-1/2 inches wide, measured flat.

In today's measurements, the size of the outfit be a child's size 3-4, but please use the measurements I have provided, to insure a good fit.
