1960's Vintage MCM High collared long sleeve pleated black and white dress shirt.

This amazing, pleated dress shirt is made of Polyester, has black marble shaped buttons and an adjustable collar. (The buttons are solid black. The silver dot in the center of the photo is light glare) The shirt gives the appearance of being two pieces (A vest and a long sleeve shirt), but the shirt is indeed only one piece and zips up in the back.

The tag reads "Custom tailored by Nardis of Dallas 100% Dacron Polyester Double knit" and is listed as a size 14. Laid flat, the chest measures 19-1/2 inches wide, the waist is 19 inches wide, the sleeves, measured from the shoulders, are 24-1/2 inches long and the entire length of the shirt, measured from the collar, is 30 inches long.

This shirt has a unique collar, as it has two sets of eye hook clasps in the back, which are used to hold the collar together before it is folded down to create the appearance of a turtlenecked collar.
