This beautiful 1950's large, ruffled, beige and brown hourglass lampshade is in amazing condition, with the only issues discovered on the underside.
The lampshade is covered with a thick, beige, drapery fabric with a polyester style brown fabric used for the under ruffles, trim and bow.
The underneath is tightly stretched white fabric and has one large hole (1-1/2 inches by 3/4-inches), two pencil size holes. one rip (3-1/2-inches long) and a few water stains.
The lamp shade measures, at the top ,9-1/2-inches, the neck is 6-1inches from the top to the "waist" of the shade, with the skirt measuring 9-inches long and 23-inches wide including ruffles.
The metal brace is in perfect condition and still tight to the lampshade.
The lampshade comes from a smoke free home.
