1970's Vintage MCM Pre-teen polka dotted shirt

This split sleeved, buttoned up pre-teen dress shirt is in wonderful condition, with the only issue noticed is in regard to the shirt's front buttons, as they may have been replaced. The shirts top three buttons are white plastic balls, as are the buttons on the sleeves, but the bottom three buttons on the main body of the shirt are clear, flat plastic. It is possible that this shirt originally came with a jumper, which would have covered the area with the flat, clear buttons.

The shirt is also not branded. 

The shirts measurements, while lying flat, are the chest at 17-inches wide, the waist is 17-inches wide, the length of the shirt, measured from the back of the collar, is 20-1/2-inches and the sleeves, measured from the shoulder, are 9-1/2-inches in total, with the split starting 5-inches down from the shoulder.
