1970's Vintage MCM Chiffon and Polyester Pink and white Prom dress with bow

This wonderful 1970's Vintage MCM Chiffon and Polyester Pink and white Prom dress with a bow is in wonderful shape, with only a few issues noticed. The dress does zip up in the back and uses an eye hook to attach the collar.

The waist band, which encircles the entire dress, comes to a pre-tied bow in the back, which snaps in place. The snap has come undone from the waist band but is still attached to the other side of the snap, which is still attached to the underside of the bow, so it can easily be re-sewn. (See Photo)

The other issue I discovered was with the sleeves. One sleeve has tight elastic around the wrist, while the other does not, which allows that one to flow free in a wing style, which I feel is the dresses original design. (See Photos)

The chest, measured while flat, is 18-inches wide, the waist, measured while flat, is 15-inches, and the entire length of the dress, measured from the back of the collar, is 58-1/2 inches long. The sleeves, measured from the shoulder, are 25-inches long.

The dress comes from a smoke free home.
