This adorable vintage MCM Childs plaid dress, from JCPenney', is in wonderful condition, but is missing the top button on the back of the dress. (see photo) The dress is branded "JCPenney's size 6" and has washing instructions.

The dress is 24-inches long, measured from the back of the collar and the chest is 16-1/2 inches wide. Using current measurements, based on the width of the chest, the size of the dress is a child's 7-8, while the tag reads size 6. Please use the measurements I've provided to ensure the dress will fit your child.
