This vintage MCM Christmas Electrified Alpine Village Ginger house by Regency is complete and tested. The Musicbox plays a Christmas song, the house lights up and it even has its tree. The tree is not attached to the base but sitting freely on it. The box is in wonderful condition with only a few scuffs and worn edges. It also has "GCF 788" written, very small, in pen on its lid.
The box is 7-inches by 7-inches square and the house fits snug inside. The House comes from a smoke free home.
