1930's Vintage MCM Rare Ateco Crank Style Kitchen cookie Maker Model #670

This rare Ateco Cookie Maker, Model # 670, is a Crank Style Kitchen Gadget that is believed to be the first cookie maker produced by the company, which has been in business since 1905 and is still going strong. The box was wrapped in plastic wrap by an original owner, which has kept it almost mint, minus a water spot covering the bottom left corner, which may be what prompted the owner to wrap it up in the first place.

The businesses founder August Thomsen's Great Grandson explained the origins of the company's name on their website. " From time to time I am asked about the origin of the Ateco brand, name (pronounced Ateeko). My great grandfather and company founder, August Thomsen, extracted the letter A from August, the T from Thomsen and the CO from Company with an E added for sound and style."

The cookie maker comes with its 5 original cookie pattern disks, original instruction and box, is 9-inches long. and comes from a smoke free home.
