This 1950's vintage green metal oversized bread box with a hinged lid, is in good shape with only a few minor dents. The Box appears to have been painted green, as a yellow color on the lids upper right-hand corner has shown itself, and it does have a few scuffs around the box from many years of use. The inside of the box does show some surface rust. but no thin metal or holes were discovered. The back of the box does have a ventilation hole.
The Bread box is 12-inches long, 8-1/2-inches wide, 8-inches deep, and 8-1/2 inches tall. The box comes from a smoke free home
